December 20, 2007: Alipay, China's leading independent third-party online payment platform and a subsidiary of the Alibaba Group, today announced that Philliou Selwanes Partners (PSP), a New York City based consulting and advisory firm, has been selected as the “cooperation agency” of Alipay to promote the acceptance of Alipay service to North American merchants.  The Alipay service will enable consumers in Mainland China to buy directly online from North American retailers.
